Meet with our Lavish Homes consultants who will walk you through our home building process and go over your needs and ideals. Then with our years of home-building experience, we will discuss the feasibility of what you hope to achieve. Once we understand your vision, we will communicate the next steps for your Lavish home.
Make a plan
Congratulations! You have now signed up for the development stage of your Lavish Home in the home building process. Your consultant will guide you through each step of the design brief and discuss in more depth your “must haves” and the functionality of your home. Together we will engage one of our architects to design your Lavish Home; you will be presented with your site plan, floor plan, and elevations to review.
Developing your dream
You will be presented with your scheme plans, where you will work with our consultant to develop your Lavish Home in more detail. This is the time for changes if required, including personalised kitchen and bathroom layouts and any specification changes.
Cost breakdown
At this stage, we will be working hard to prepare your plans for pre-consent stage and confirming accurate costs to build. You will receive a full break-down of what is included in your build and your fixed price offer.
Add your own style
We will prepare the complete set of final plans for construction; once they are finished, we will lodge the complete set to council and get consent approved on your behalf. While this is happening, you will be introduced to one of our colour consultants, who will work with you to create your own Lavish style.
Your vision becomes a reality
Now comes the exciting bit. Our online project management system will help you follow your home building process, with regular updates and pictures. If you have any questions, we are only a phone call away. Quality is our passion so throughout the build, there will be regular quality checks to ensure that you will have a well-built quality home that can be enjoyed for years to come. You will have several opportunities to view the progress on-site with one of our team.
Moving day
Your big day has arrived!
The construction of your Lavish Home is complete. Our team will meet you on-site to hand over your completed Lavish Home. We will provide you with all the information required to run and care for your home; again, if there are any questions, we are only a phone call away. You will also have a 12-month defects period, to allow us to rectify anything that is not up to our quality standard. So, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your new home.
