We provide you with a variety of tried and true house plans, that can have your unique touch added, and a 10-year master build guarantee to walk away with.
As we have over 20 years of experience in the building industry as a home builder and are a registered master builder, it will give you confidence knowing you have experience and expertise working on your vision.
Lavish Homes is based in Wellington and services the Greater Wellington Region, where we have a selection of house and land packages ready to choose from for Aotea, Kapiti, and Carterton.

Jay Walsh
Managing Director and Owner
Being in the building industry for over 20 years, Jay knows a thing or two about building an exceptional house.
He started as an exterior plaster, before moving on to a building apprenticeship, which he finished and after 8 years went on to own and operate a recognised housing franchise in Wellington. Now he owns and operates his own building company, Lavish Homes.
Jay wouldn’t be where he is today if it wasn’t for his attention to detail and passion for building lavish homes. With this drive and wealth of knowledge, Jay has built several award-winning houses over his career as a home builder.
