Our Services
Our services have been designed around providing our clients with a ‘Lavish’ new home build focus.
Don’t already have a plot of land? Not a problem. We regularly source allotments around the Wellington Region, where we assess the land, and then provide a suitable house design. This allows our clients to pick the area and not have to stress about what would work.

Already have some land? Great! We can provide pre-designed house plans to suit your needs and what would work best for the area. Or you can team up with us to do a complete design and build, where we design your house from scratch.
